The one and only place I trust for gluten free options. The Whole menu is GF with vegan and dairy free options. I have had almost everything on the menu at this point. Never disappointed never a reaction. I bring all my friends C/Gf or not and they love it. The Pickle chips, caprese avo toast and popcorn chicken with AZ hot honey is my recommendation. I would also suggest a cinnamon roll and or a cupcake as a treat to take home with you.

Over all the place looks kind of like a dive, almost didn't go in. Their items are kept in a freezer so be aware if you want something fresh now! I got lucky, they had maybe 5 single items out for sale. Was thrilled to see they have gluten free & vegan together in a few items. I had a chocolate cupcake, nothing special just okay, frosting melted fast & weird, but it was moist. The coconut cupcake had a different type of frosting that held better and was to die for!! Once again moist but also decadent in flavor. Cupcakes are small/average size and cost me a total of $9 for the two! Glad I found a yummy treat but not sure about going back for that price.

This is the cutest bakery with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pastries and coffee are absolutely delicious, and to top it off they're completely gluten-free! I loved everything I tried and felt so comfortable here. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

My fiancee has Celiac disease, so dedicated Gluten-Free joints are worth their weight in gold in these parts. We are regular patrons of Jewel's Bakery (Tru Taco shares their location & kitchen at night) so this was a no-brainer to try, we gave them a try within the first week of them opening up. The menu was limited at the time but has expanded significantly since, so if you tried them early and didn't like the limited options, give them another try as their taco menu has expanded. Their Chimi is excellent as are the asada fries. Basically anything that has their cheese sauce on it is a must-try. They also now have an Asada Fry taco which is excellent if you don't want a full plate of fries. These folks are clearly a mom & pop operation but they're definitely finding their footing. Be sure to keep an eye on them and give them some love & business, it would be amazing to have a good GF Mexican place like this become a permanent fixture in the community.

My first ever açaí bowl was from nautical bowls, and I absolutely loved it! It was such an amazing experience from the employees to the food to the atmosphere the employees are super friendly and sweet, the açaí bowls are so delicious and an amazing variety of delicious fresh toppings. I myself am lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive and everything here is gluten dairy and soy free?! I love that. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy a healthy treat knowing that here I can just calmly order knowing everything is Sensitive stomach friendly. I’m big on environments and atmospheres and as soon as I walked in here I loved it, I got greeted with a warm welcoming smile From the employees, the place is very clean and so cute It Has a beach and surf vibes kinda aesthetic and such a cute nice layout and I love that there is so much natural sunlight! It’s very close warm and welcoming. I also loved that there are rewards, MY SECOND BOWL IS FREE?? Love that. I loved my experience at Nautical Bowls, I would 100% recommend coming here for içai bowls and smoothies, They are amazing, Have awesome customer service and have the most delicious açai bowls and smoothies 😋
