The food was very, very tasty, but the gluten-free pizza wasn't completely gluten-free, which is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. Since we paid the extra price for the pizza, I assume that the kitchen simply doesn't care about which foods come into contact with each other.

Too expensive for the quality of service and food! Probably at 30-40% capacity, but the staff was either overwhelmed or lazy. Gluten-free rolls were still frozen, and they weren't available, and we eventually got too lazy to ask!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We ate at Wiesenheim today and were absolutely thrilled! The cheese dumpling soup (gluten-free) was wonderfully flavorful, the Wiesenheim pancakes (Pfandl) were super delicious, and I even had them with rice as a gluten-free option. And to top it all off, the gluten-free Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) was an absolute dream! 😍 Plus, a beautiful view, friendly service, and some really great gluten-free options. We can't comment on the accommodation, but we definitely recommend the food. All in all, a successful visit! 🌄🍽️

Absolutely clean restrooms, although they do cost a bit. The food feels much better than in Germany. Most of the burgers are also gluten-free. 😀 And freshly prepared. Absolutely top-notch, even though it was pretty busy.

The service was very friendly. The gluten-free food is particularly noteworthy. There are more options than the menu lists. Just ask. A gluten-free frittata soup was specially made for me. The "Herb Loin in a Pan with Creamy Sauce, with Homemade Spätzle as a Side Dish" was also served with gluten-free spätzle! High praise, very tasty.

Delicious food and efficient staff. The waiter who served us, Alessandro, made us feel at home. In addition to giving us advice on the menu, he showed us the numerous gluten-free options (the restaurant has gluten-free pasta and we were able to eat some good spaghetti with clams). We were able to spend four nights at the Chesa Monte, and that was far too short. The hotel offers excellent service, friendly staff, and a small but excellent spa area (several saunas, a steam room, massages, foot baths, an indoor pool, and a relaxation area—what more could you want?). The breakfast buffet selection leaves nothing to be desired. They have everything. And anything they don't have is available upon request (gluten-free, etc.). High praise for the service. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. The dinner—6 courses—was excellent. I can't think of anything more. Top quality and visually truly exquisite. The receptionists were friendly and always happy to help. Various hiking routes lead directly from the hotel to destinations everywhere. Guided hikes are also offered. Hiking maps are available at the reception for self-planning. The bus takes you quickly to Ladis and Serfaus, where further hiking trails lead in all directions. So, even without a car, you can still make the most of your time, weather permitting. The price for these offers is, of course, not the lowest you'll find in Austria. But quality and service come at a price, and it's commensurate with the quality.

We visited the Eiserne Hand Inn today. I inquired about gluten-free options this afternoon, as I have to follow a strict gluten-free diet. I was immediately told that it wouldn't be a problem and that I had plenty of options. When we were there in the evening, I was able to choose from a variety of dishes that could be prepared gluten-free. I opted for a gluten-free Wiener Schnitzel and a Kaiserschmarn (sweet pancake with pancakes)! It was truly delicious! The whole time, I had the feeling that the owners, Michi and Markus, are extremely knowledgeable about their food! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was also impressive! We had a truly lovely evening with delicious food, service, and great hospitality! It's definitely worth a visit!
