Ordered from Uber eats for a family meal. I am celiac therefore my food must be gluten free. My poke bowl (labeled allergy:wheat) had tempura crumbs on it. I was offered a gift card or a replacement (which I would have to drive and pick up). I accepted the gift card, and was told to call back if I didn’t receive it. Three days later I called back, was “transferred” and the hung up on. I am totally unpressed.

So happy Chick-fil-A is in Edmonton! I have always had good experiences at this location. Today we had Gabby at the till and she was excellent with my gluten allergy. She took me seriously and I didn’t feel sick after. She gave great suggestions and the service was very prompt.

They served not gluten free wings to my friend whose has a severe gluten allergy which we made them aware of. We even double checked and asked the guy who brought out the food to clarify if the wings he had brought out were the proper ones. He acted super unprofessional about it so we didn't push much farther about it and trusted their word. Incredibly disappointed on the lack of care and handling of food allergies here

I have Celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination and this place has never caused me any problems. On top of that the staff here are amazing. I was in yesterday with my family for a birthday lunch. Ilana was an awesome server. I had some questions and she answered them all. She had us all laughing and we really enjoyed our time. I go here quite often with my son and we both hope to have Ilana as our server again. Thank you 1st Round for having a wonderful atmosphere.
