A brilliant place for people who cannot eat gluten. The offer is wide, you can eat lunch, dessert, buy a snack/sandwich or take away bread. You can drink coffee, tea, cocktails, wine and gluten-free beer. The decor is pleasant and the location is excellent, right in the city center. It's just a pity that it's closed on Sundays.

On 18.1.2025, my friends and I took part in the event combining food and wine in the tasting menu, which was prepared by the culinary team under the leadership of Dominik Štěpánek. The atmosphere of the evening was in a very pleasant spirit, the sommeliers, cooks, waiters and the operator took good care of us. We enjoyed a multi-course menu and wines that complemented the food perfectly. On my own, I have to highlight everyone's willingness to provide me with a gluten-free and lactose-free menu option, which was excellent.

We gave the borse one more chance. We had a gluten-free friend visiting. What followed took my breath away. Please note that due to the surcharge for 2x gluten-free (which I respect) and 100 CZK for shipping, we paid 1105 CZK for three pizzas without topping. I have no problem paying for good quality food, but what arrived was neither of those.
Gluten-free pizzas underbaked, almost raw and with a 2mm layer of flour on the bottom (which I don't accept with gluten-free pizzas)... one part of the toppings is again pushed to the side. We advertised. Service affected. She promised a new meal the next day, because that day we didn't want to wait for another hour and a half for another meal and we ate from home supplies.. I won't write it all out, I also sent an email to the restaurant, because of the completely arrogant (to put it politely), I would even say rude behavior of the staff handling the order the next day (I'm attaching photos to the review).
On the second day, it was agreed that we would have two pizzas by 7 o'clock (not three, my gluten-free friend was not here, and I don't want to waste), instead on 19.01 we were told that the driver was just taking the order, and it arrived half an hour later. Even so, the ordered salami was missing from the pizza and it arrived lukewarm.
....
We have been ordering from the exchange for almost two years. But I admit that when we received an incomplete order twice - pizza ingredients summarized at the top of the page... without paid edges and side dishes, once the pizza was even burnt... and even after sending the photos, the company's response was that we should close the boxes, hide them, and in an hour and a half we will run out of another one (in fact, when I order a meal, on a specific time, I want to eat and not wait another hour and a half). My husband had a homemade roll with zerve and I ate at least the pulke with garnishes... When this happened for the third time, I wasn't even surprised by the pizzeria's reaction. Unfortunately, because of a friend, we sometimes stick to borsa because she needs gluten-free and borsa is the only one in the area, but under other circumstances I wouldn't order again. The highlight for me was when, during my last order, I even received a special shipping fee for each pizza, so each pizza basically cost about 300 without additional costs... I'm not talking about the price, but about the principle... not really like that. The pizzeria from the next village solved the mistake based on the photo I sent with a new pizza on another agreed day and even apologized with a voucher (and it wasn't necessary). But they accepted that I didn't get what I paid for. Borsa always wants me to wait another hour if I can handle the food. I'm sorry, but at the price of 300 for a pizza and a joke, not like this...
