The restaurant is excellent. Very crowded and difficult to get a reservation. The waiter is always in a hurry. Nice, but he doesn't have time to give and take. Other than that, the food is good and delicious.
Lamb escalopes with lemon sauce are excellent. Also, the same meat with tomato sauce was very delicious, as I expected.
The oysters with tomato sauce are good but I wouldn't order them again.
They have gluten-free pasta options with pesto and they are outstanding. Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and cooked in butter are also worth a try. The tiramisu is delicious. Fondon is okay.
The owner of the restaurant himself (Nicholas) took our orders from us and was kind and sweet.

We had gotten a reservation before getting to Rome and it was a great find! I tried the gluten-free beef ragu, and it was a different take on ragu, but it was delicious! The gluten-free pasta was just as good as regular pasta. I also tried the meatballs which were really flavorful. We got tiramisu for dessert and it was one of the best ones we had our whole trip! So much coffee flavor! The staff was helpful and attentive. The only minor issue was that it was very warm in the restaurant, but it is definitely still worth visiting!

We had the most wonderful dinner at Ad Hoc. The food was spectacular - especially the gluten free tasting menu matched perfectly with local wines. Lily and the other staff made the evening even more special with their attentive service and friendliness. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Just be sure to book well in advance. We wanted to have something gluten-free for breakfast, we asked when we entered and they told us that there are options and they gave us the menu. We were not able to find any in the letter. The waitress tells us that the bowls can be adapted by removing the granola, or the sausages by removing the bread, but in no case is there bread for celiacs nor are the dishes adapted. Furthermore, the oat drink is not gluten-free and they only offer the almond one. They charge us €2 for the service. The coffee is nothing out of this world, expensive at €4.5 for a regular, small-sized cappuccino. We ordered a cinnamon roll and they didn't serve it. I wouldn't go back. I have felt cheated.
