They are aware of celiac disease. Meaning they do have gluten free soy sauce, and aware of what other items on the menu have gluten. They reassure you that things will be made separate from other people’s orders too. Highly recommend. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Clean establishment! Already been twice, will go more often!
