Our server was Roldan at the Chula Vista (Eastlake) location. He did perfectly with an order split between regular and gluten free, got everything the first time, & checked in efficiently without being intrusive.
We ordered the Chef's feast (for 2) and had leftovers. For the gluten-free entree, we substituted shrimp for the chicken in the Chang's Spicy Chicken (up charge $2.25), & it was excellent.
Menus do differ slightly by region, especially gluten-free options, but most are available in most places.

Amazing pizza 🍕 spot and everything Italian. Even better kitchen manager, Nicko. This guy was so professional and had incredible hospitality. We had never been to this spot before and he answered all our menu questions. My wife has gluten allergies and he provided gluten-free options. I had the Mexican pizza which Nicko recommended. Pretty typical chain brew house. Service was excellent, food was decent but not exceptional. Good selection of beers. I got the chicken pitas and enjoyed them. My husband and son got burgers and said they were good. While this isn't any place exceptional or amazing, it's a good brew house staple. You know what you're getting. They did a good job for my mom who needs to eat gluten free as well.
