Servers: triple check your food before serving it -- the kitchen often misses those "gluten-free bun" details. Also, don't ask me if I need the sandwich "re-made" or "re-plated" and then bring me a re-plated (sandwich contents moved from wheat bread to gluten-free bread) after I've asked it to be re-made.
