We go here all the time, and sadly this was our last time. We love that they offer gluten free options and we normally get the GF Cali roll because of an allergy. If you have any allergies and were thinking of going here, don’t go. Trust me, I’ll save you the headache and time. Almost every time we order, they have to remake it because they can’t follow simple directions that we ask for which is replacing just one thing in the roll. Every time it’s something new with them. This time was our last. We ordered our normal order, received it 45 min later to find out it needed to be remade. I went back inside to let them know that they added cream cheese to a Cali roll that doesn’t come with cream cheese. They said they will remake it and then made me go back to the car to bring the old order because they didn’t believe me. Embarrassing customer service here. After an hour and some wait no apology, just passive aggressiveness for something that’s not even my fault.
