This place is awesome, we spent three days in Banff and this was on my list of restaurants to visit. We made it our last evening, stopped in for drinks, tapas and dessert. Banff has a lot of pretty good restaurants, however most of the restaurants in Banff are owned by the same restaurant groups. Nourish is independently owned and the owner was there and we talked about Japanese Sake. I had their Sake cocktail that was unique and so good! They focus on vegan and vegetarian food, where a lot of it is also gluten-free. We ordered the gluten free broccoli tempura (vegetarian option) it was the best we have had! And the hazelnut Nutella like vegan and gluten-free cheesecake. The hazelnuts were toasted and added the perfect crunch to the slice. This place was down to earth, with an eclectic vibe, they had so many beautiful plants indoors too! I can’t wait to come back to this restaurant again when I come back for a visit.
