The atmosphere and service was excellent. The food was very good. My husband's steak was a little overcooked but they did check on him to make sure it was ok and he chose to keep it so really can't complain. It is a great date spot. They have a lot of gluten free options.

My experience is regarding Twiisted's food trailer. I held a Graduation party, and the owner, Chris, and I discussed the Burger Bar. Not only did he and Britney (sp?) arrive, and was ready to serve on-time (actually sooner), but their burgers & fries were TOP-NOTCH, as well as the toppings bar!! Chris and Britney are a well-oiled machine, in that none of my guests had a long wait for their MADE-TO-ORDER burger (as well as vegetarian, and gluten-free options!), and every guest was pleased! This was the easiest catering process EVER! Chris is very articulate about the options, and does WHATEVER IT TAKES to make everything perfect on the day of the event!! I intend on using Twiisted's food trailer again, as well as stop in the restaurant soon. I know his (and Britney's) attention to detail is second-to-none!
