Absolutely loved coming here! The food was amazing and service was great thanks to Daria for all her hard work! Also adore the gluten free menu so much appreciated
Food is okay but overpriced for the size of proportions. They also charge a surcharge to all bills. I didn't like that they didn't have very many gluten free options or hardly any marked on their menu.
I have to eat gluten free and am a vegetarian. I used to eat here at least a couple times a month until they broke my heart. They only had one thing on the menu that I could eat, the TD shrimp mashed and it was delicious. It was GF, I eat fish/shellfish and it was my favorite thing out of every restraint I go to. And most places actually have at least a couple things I can eat and like. But then one day they decided to just take it off the menu. As far as I can tell they still have all the ingredients for other dishes so I guess it didn’t sell well. But I am so sad, it’s been months, maybe even closer to a year and I still think about it. When you can’t eat a whole lot of variety, when you find something you love, it’s rare and wonderful. And I know it’s not a great reason to give them 3 stars but this is more a 3 star for anyone with digestive health restrictions. If you are a vegetarian there are decent amount of options and if you are gluten free there is a limited amount. And if you are both, I wouldnt bothering going. Also the reason for 3 stars is that they let you substitute veggie nuggets for the meat on most meals, but they are not gluten free. so when I asked just for no meat or substitute on my oriental bowl, they did it but still charged me 13.99 so same price. I wasn’t upset about it but doesn’t seem worth it because it normally has a lot of chicken and it didn’t appear to be compensated with rice and veggies like I would assume. I do understand it is was it is but it’s just not worth it.
The gluten free version of the pot roast, mashed potatoes, and veggies was flavorful. I had to ask for butter and salt and pepper (probably because of COVID). The veggies needed it but the rest didn't. Hubby had the baked penne pasta and was disappointed. It lacked adequate red sauce but if you ask, they'll bring you some. Hubby said it was like a heap of pasta with a smattering of browned beef and some cheese. The added red sauce helped but tasted like store bought. The waiter, Aaron, was awesome, very understanding and helpful.
