They sold out to a bigger company and quality has declined overall to cut costs sadly. - Floors were sticky both occasions we visited

Heard about In N Out for years. Had it for the first time today and it can be gluten free, fries are safe, but the burger was beyond disappointing.

Everything from food to service was excellent! I'm so glad they had gluten-free options. I recommend that gluten-free mix green salad with grilled chicken. My husband had the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and asparagus.

I have eaten here a few times because my sons like the burgers and the big mouth chicken sandwich. I’m gluten free so I never expect much when I go. I must report that I had a very delightful experience tonight. Waitstaff brought drinks without us asking and asked it we wanted sauce on the side “honey mustard or ranch”. Omg! It’s like he read their minds. I had the “3-fer” option of 6oz Sirloin steak. I received it as requested (med-rare) and the broccoli 🥦 was cooked perfectly! The loaded potato was full of flavor. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and politely asked “ How can I help y’all?” Ladies and gentleman, this is a top notch attitude. Kudos! ( we are now regulars)

This place was a pleasant surprise for us on a Thursday night. We decided to come check it out. First of all, this place was very clean. As someone who is gluten free, I wasn’t sure what I would be able to get. However, not only did they have options, but I could eat the fries because they use a separate fryer for them (and the tater tots). This was most exciting because I’ve never met a potato I didn’t like. I got a Hangover burger bowl and it did not disappoint. I was skeptical at first but it was awesome. The egg that topped it was perfectly cooked. The burger meet had excellent flavor and the green mix they used was fresh and satisfying. And bonus: they had a fun trivia night going on and we won a gift card. We will be back
