Every time I visit SLC, I make it a point to go to White Horse because the food, cocktails, servers, and vibe are all on point. This most recent visit, I had the burger without a bun to make it gluten-free. The burger was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The simple arugula side salad and the pickles are my favorite additions to any meal there. Get an extra side of pickles if you typically love pickles. You won't be disappointed. I had two cocktails: Beneath the Pines (gin-based, herby, bright) and Tainted Love (vodka-based with citrus, cucumber, and floral) that I would absolutely order again. Both were so refreshing and unique and NOT sugary sweet. Get to the White Horse and spend time to savor everything.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Food looks and tastes well. Had a good selection of breakfast items including gluten free pastries. Service from the wait staff was good. The only negative: The staff can do a better job of guiding the customers on where and how to use the buffet....there were many people not knowing where to start and etiquette was lacking...Not the fault of the staff the customers does not know how to use a buffet, but they could offer some guidance. Good place, I would go back.

The gluten-free menu is more limited than it used to be, and it was not safe. I had a reaction most likely due to cross-contamination.
