We love Sliced! It's nice to have a local eatery in the mall side of the area because we're surrounded by so many chains; so they're a breath of fresh air in the area! I also love that you get a lot of food for a decent price, which is nice. We had a ton of delicious pizzas there and enjoyed a few salads, too! Two peeps in our crew are gluten-free, and they liked that while thin, the gluten-free crust was still fluffy and tasted great. Also eating here made made us feel like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because the cheese pull was INSANE! Our recs off the menu: --> Salads: Strawberry Salad, Green Goddess & Caeser Salad --> Pizzas: Creamy Garlic Chicken, Pastrami Slice, BBQ Slice, Greek Slice & Margherita All that to say, 10/10, will definitely come back again (Staff was additionally super friendly and made ordering so easy)!

I am so glad a friend recommended this place! They’ve got something for everyone, including tasty vegan and gluten-free free dishes and a great kids’ menu. I deeply enjoyed the vegan yam tacos and vegan cashew queso. My hubby loved the Deluxe Blue plate, but also noted the sopaipilla fried bread was so delicious he’d come back for that alone. Very friendly and accommodating staff! It’s worth noting that the restaurant can get very loud quickly and fill up with lots of white noise, so if you have sensory issues, it’s best to come at an off-peak time; the flip side of that is that if you’ve got young (loud) kiddos, no one will notice.

A local coffee shop/cafe inside an indie bookstore? What’s not to love?! The cafe is located on the 3rd floor of Village Books in Bellingham. (The stairs up are at the back of the bookstore on the left side, or take the elevator up.) The menu has delicious filling food that’s all locally sourced, hot/cold coffee & tea drinks, and fresh baked pastries & treats at the counter. They have gluten free options too. They do close earlier than the bookstore, so be sure to go early… it’s a great place for a late morning/early afternoon bite to eat. Their polenta bowl is one of my faves, and is shareable (for 2 people). I also like the key lime pie. And their biscuits are yummy too! 😋

Really nice atmosphere on the waterfront with big windows to look at the view. Staff was very friendly. We didn't have a reservation but they got us in almost right away. I would recommend having a reservation to ensure you get a table. Lots of gluten free options. Don't expect affordable Prices here! Prices were high but the food is good and the atmosphere makes it worth the price. Portion sizes were just ok. It was a small potion for the shrimp scampi, if you are really hungry I would recommend getting a soup or salad with it or getting a different menu item. The salmon salad was delicious! The presentation of the food was impressive.
