They are serious about making sure I don’t accidentally have gluten. The food is absolutely delicious. Even though I requested gluten free, and it was clearly labeled gluten free, I had to ask anyway if they were sure because it didn’t taste or look GF. ( It was GF)

Only had the rare steak pho & the brisket pho. The broth here is ...super. The portions & the prices are why I will be returning.
I'm very confident that the pho menu is pretty much entirely gluten free. Not sure about the meatball options. Or the vegetarian pho.

One of my favorite sushi spots in the area. Wide selection of options. I’ve been twice and both times did not disappoint. Very happy to learn that they had my favorites, baked and deep fried rolls. I spoke with the lady about gluten free options and she took the time to walk me through the menu for what could and couldn’t be made gluten free. She was very kind and did not make me feel as if I was bothering her with my questions. She seemed happy to answer them. I feel very welcome there and will be returning for more 😋
