Chef was beautiful explained to me all options are gluten free
The young girl that served us was sadly very disappointing. She made us feel uncomfortable no smile or happy
She did not provide use with water when we asked for it. I had to ask another lady who gave us water straight away
My partner called ahead of our booking to arrange birthday cake and to his disappointment was not bought out to us when we ordered coffees.
Food absolutely loved it. Perhaps the young girl that serves us could use some training
Eating out is not just about the food but the service you receive and it was my birthday and was so disappointed that I was not made to feel special
Love the colony great coffee. Very understanding and good with their communication of coeliac, gluten free and are good at handling cross contamination so doing baking paper in between for a toastie and separate friers/ I think they use air fryers for their fish cakes, etc. Definitely recommend
Friendly staff, delicious food, good portions and lovely atmosphere and surrounds. Nice location in the midst of all the foundry buildings and off the main road in a nice leafy courtyard. Dog water bowl available for furry friends. Some gluten free and vegan options available but I would like to see more vegan options. Drinks menu is extensive and there was a good range overall. I highly recommend the smashed avo on toast. Thanks Team for a delicious brunch!

Had brunch at The Cups Espresso. Quick service with a smile. Staff were attentive to ask for any adjustments and checked our order. Food was fresh and my eggs poached just the way I like them. You have to try the gluten free lemon almond biscuits. The texture is to die for!
I walked in, not knowing what to expect, while the service was fantastic, the choices were amazing. I was in a hurry and ate at home, it was delicious, healthy, gluten free and a delight to eat. I will be coming back as often as I can, thank you for making me smile.
Best food choice for gluten free. Best coffee ever. Such friendly staff and service. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Toilets clean.
Last night we ordered a load of pizzas to be delivered to a concert at the Swan Italian Club for a group of 10 of us. They arrived on time and all were absolutely delicious. Generous tasty toppings and the gluten free ones were a stand out. Thoroughly recommend.

The only options they said they do when we got there yesterday morning were banana bread and cupcakes and that was it?
Pretty disappointing, hours drive for nothing.
So filling, I couldn’t finish my breakfast. Glad they have gluten free options and few options in the cabinet too.

Our favourite Japanese ever! The owner and staff are absolutely lovely! Delicious, fresh, generous dishes and multiple fantastic vegan and gluten free options. Lovely space and great for lunch or dinner. We go here every chance we get!
My favourite cafe for breakfast. Delicious, good quality food and great coffee. Love the fact it's not inside the shopping centre and has a lovely outdoor area. Only suggestion is to expand gluten-free options for lunch and dinner items on the menu.
