The Carrot Cake is delicious, it has a cake that is delicious! We also ordered the cookies as a topping for the cake and we were amazed at how delicious they were, especially considering that we asked for them without gluten, lactose or eggs, I can't imagine how delicious they must be with those ingredients. And one of the things I like the most is that they don't use chemicals. The website where you can order is super easy and intuitive, we will order cakes from you again without a doubt.

We woke up wanting to have a healthy breakfast due to my intolerances and decided to visit @sanalocuraglutenfreebakery. Upon arrival, a very nice girl greeted us and, after asking for some recommendations, gave us very accurate suggestions. To my surprise, I asked him if he was from Venezuela and he said yes. It filled me with excitement and good energy to know that there are people from my country of origin, I can say in particular that she is characterized by being pleasant, warm, kind and with a welcoming spirit. The atmosphere of the store is really cozy and comfortable. From the moment you enter, you are enveloped by a feeling of tranquility and well-being. The decor is modern and elegant, with touches that make you feel at home. The tables are arranged in a way that allows for a pleasant and relaxed conversation, ideal for enjoying a good breakfast or snack. The service is impeccable. All the staff are very attentive and are always ready to help you with a smile. You can tell they have a deep knowledge of the products they offer and are more than willing to accommodate your dietary needs. Additionally, the quality of the food is exceptional. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, which is reflected in the flavor and presentation. After enjoying a breakfast that suited us wonderfully, we decided to continue our day in the Jardí del Túria. Without a doubt, @sanalocuraglutenfreebakery is a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and enjoyable dining experience. It is a corner of peace in the middle of the city, where you can enjoy good food and excellent service in an unbeatable environment.

Great treatment and quality of products. The Donuts are delicious and the other gluten-free cakes too!
Carrer de l'Arxipreste Vila, 37, Moncada, Spain
It is the only gluten-free bakery for several miles around, a blessing for celiacs, and being objective and taking into account the limitations of having to make everything gluten-free, I think the level of their products is quite high in general. . Of everything I've tried so far, what I like the most are the cakes and savory dumplings. The prices are reasonable for how expensive these types of products usually are.

La Intolerante is a must for celiacs or gluten intolerants visiting Valencia. Valeria, the owner, is lovely, knowledgeable, and offers a variety of food and products for people with dietary restrictions. I went there several times during my stay. You can buy your morning bread, eat empanadas or tarts, as well as pastries. There is also gluten free beer, and products to make your life easier, such as plastic bags where you can put your gf bread slice inside a toaster where regular bread has been toasted. Great for those who travel, as well as for people who don't have a gf kitchen at home. I highly recommend!
