My wife and I absolutely adore Lala and the rest of the staff here, I feel 100% safe eating here with celiacs disease. The food tastes so amazing and it’s such a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We drop by at least once a week for a sweet treat.
The main reason that the rating is as high as it is is because the cake was pretty and gluten free. It’s really hard to find good gluten free desserts and I wanted cake for my birthday. I got a gluten free lemon cake with raspberry jam. It was very well decorated but the cake itself lacked flavor and was very dense and dry. The jam tasted so good but there was very little in the cake.
Gourmet Goodies created the most beautiful AND delicious cake for our wedding!! We had such a great experience with them from the beginning; everyone on their team is so kind and went out of their way to make sure the design and the flavors matched what we wanted. They made the perfect cake for our vintage Hollywood-inspired wedding and our guests all loved the flavors! As a bonus, they made AMAZING gluten-free vanilla cupcakes as well; our guests with gluten allergies loved them and said they couldn't even tell they were gluten-free!
