ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I called these guys a week before I needed the cake, not expecting them to be able to accommodate. As last minute as it was, they fit me in and were able to have it ready asap!
My boyfriend is celiac and they took care of it no problem! He said it’s the best cake he’s ever seen.
On top of that, the cake tasted SO GOOD. Usually any GF cake is dry and just “ok”. But this one is actually better than my homemade GF cake recipe, and I never thought that day would come.
Also, all I asked for was a plain chocolate cake and told them I’d be putting fishing theme decor on it myself. When I saw this cake, I was SO EXCITED! Without request, they decorated the sides of the cake and it was perfect!!
I’m blown away with the service and quality of this cakery. Great prices too! I will definitely be coming back, HUGE THANK YOU Smallcakes!!!!

We love getting pie here! The fruit pies are our favorite. The huckleberry peach is yummy cold or warm and the coconut cream is a slice of heaven if you love coconuts! If you need a spacial treat call ahead and place your whole pie order to bring to any spacial event. We love that they even have gluten free options!
The staff is always very helpful.
Should you choose to eat there it is a warm, friendly, environment nothing over the top which just keeps that down to earth feel for an enjoyable time.

Excellent bakery!! There was a line (which seems typical!) but it was quick. Good options for pastries and/or lunch. They have gluten free options! Gluten free olive oil cake and almond biscotti. Great all around. I tried the pistachio orange olive oil cake — dreaming about it still!!! Pistachio biscotti was also so tasty, I liked it more than the almond biscotti.
My husband got the topping focaccia and he loved it.
Can’t wait to visit Boise again for this.
