Genuinely amazing! The staff was so kind and friendly. You could really tell that everyone who works there is genuinely excited about the amazing food and want to share the experience with you. Very authentic Brazilian. My cousin spent a year in Brazil and I spent a year working at a Brazilian restaurant elsewhere in the states and we were both thrilled with the selection and quality. My cousin says Modelos Market Cafe is the only place in Massachusetts he trusts to get an acai bowl. The cheese bread, the pork, the juices and the desserts were all mind blowing. We also had someone with us with dairy and gluten allergies and they were able to have an amazing time as well. Definitely going back even though it's hike from where I live.

This is a place that you leave just feeling so satisfied. The English muffin sandwiches are delicious - the warm felt baked buttery muffins make every bite feel indulgent without being greasy or heavy like a stack of pancakes of a full English breakfast. There filling enough to leave you full but somehow I always want just one more mouthful (literally to feel the amazing buttery gluten texture in my mouth... hard to describe). I love the Sorry Charlie (tuna salad) and my wife usually orders a Classic or Miss Maple (egg sandwiches). Worth the long walk to Union, no question.
