Cute little cafe, known for their muffins. I was in the area for an appointment in Silverdale and we wanted something yummy to snack on for our drive back to Seattle.
We searched the area and found that this place had decent reviews so we decided to check it out. When we asked for suggestions, the lady that was helping us said "everything here is good" and "its hard to pick a favorite, its like picking a favorite child."
So after scanning the menu, we ended up picking 2 muffins - Zucchini Carrot & Blueberry.
So we tried to get the morning special that includes a coffee & muffin for $2, but apparently we missed the cut off time. The texture was different... I'm not sure if it was because it was gluten free or something else, but I'm not certain we enjoyed them. They seemed a little pricey for what they were, but maybe this is normal for gluten free muffins / baked goods? It was very crumbly and when we bit into it, it made a huge mess. The muffin was very soft, a little mushy, seemed almost undercooked? I'm not sure, maybe this is normal.
Environment is good, clean & lots of seating available. Asked if café was "dog friendly" and they seemed confused by my question. So I wouldn't bring your dog inside unless it is an service dog.
Needed a gluten free and dairy free/vegan cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday while we traveled to KITSAP county from the state of Florida. I called at least 6 places before finding Bella Bella. They were the only ones that could meet both of my dietary needs! AND they were easy to communicate via email. Cake was divine and beautifully decorated. Lemon frosting and cake with a cherry compote between the layers. Delicious in texture and taste.
We had them do a gluten free carrot cake for our wedding last yr. It looked great and tasted awesome but we ordered "Mr. & Mrs. McCaslin" on it but they did the rosettes instead by accident...and we got charged for the rosettes too. So that was pretty frustrating...we ended up just buying a Mr. & Mrs. Cake decoration...
