Neither the server nor the cook understood the concept of a gluten allergy. I went for a salad, notified them of my allergy, asked multiple questions so ensure I was going to get something gluten free. Both the first salad they made and the salad they remade had gluten in it. I just gave up and didn’t eat it at that point but still had to pay for it even after I explained to the server why I couldn’t eat it when he asked why I hadn’t eaten it.
