I ate a gluten-free pasta with truffles, cream of mushrooms and burrata. I really complimented the waiter on the cooking of the gluten-free pasta because it was perfect (I was afraid it would be overcooked), difficult to find even in Italy honestly...
However, the dish wasn't bad at all!
We had a great time. Our children enjoyed the activities offered by the host. The buffet is really great with lots of alternatives (plant-based, gluten-free, etc.)
Very friendly and caring team, I am gluten and lactose intolerant, the chef was great and very attentive to my problems
