Had a nice dinner for an 18th birthday. Catered well for the Gluten Free members of the party. Only let down was that it was very empty so lacking in atmosphere. 1st time to Les Fontaine's, and won't be my last.

Staff are excellent but how many will be kicked out by the Home Office, or just choose to work in the EU after Brexit? They all love working at the group Hotels. FOOD is plentiful and half board half price deals are really great value with help yourself brekkies and top rate evening menus. The roads to two sides of the hotel are busy and noisy but ok after 11 pm ish. Great Jersey Bus service stops just outside; 3 choices to town and £2 tap card per any journey. £30 for a seven days unlimited journeys Pass. Xlnt value. Small pool, jacuzzi and very hot steam room OK. Gym is just a bike , rower, Cross Trainer, tiny bench and a few weights; hardly going to become an athlete in this one ☺ Most guests seem to be retired/older folk but I am writing this in early October. Jersey is great with loads to do BUT beware that the ferry link often gets cancelled from Poole if the sea is rough. Airport is a 30 minute bus ride at £2.00 to the Bus Station in St Helier; 20 minute walk from town to/from The Monterey. If you want a good Hotel without fancy trimmings, this is fine. Oh yes, as I have Coeliac Disease I was impressed at the efforts of the staff to ensure I would be OK. Would I return here? Yup! Have ordered next year's Brochure for Premier Holidays already.☺

Good hotel with very friendly staff in a central location. I would have been tempted to mark it higher if they had air conditioning and perhaps bigger parking area. The staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast choices were great (gluten free bread available) and it was a great stay amidst the pandemic. Hotel felt safe and clean. The layout can be a bit confusing but thst is just the age of the building. When we stayed there it was very hot and our room was too hot due to the lack of air conditioning but they provided us with 2 fans to try and help to cool down. It was difficult to sleep due to the heat but I suppose its just nature and global warming. Also it was touch and go with finding parking spots as they had a few. I say it would be difficult when the hotel is full.

In our personal opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Jersey! The approach , front garden and main building are beautiful. The staff are exceptional. Highly attentive. Always someone around. (But the scented fresh flowers as you walk in made it for me, cant bare fake flowers :) The room that we had was the double room , not a suite, but it was delightful. Crisp cotton bedding , Tea Coffee kettle iron , hairdryer. Muliti channel TV, and daily housekeeping in the room..which i dont expect but felt like a treat to come back to. The breakfasts were packed full of choice catering for all, including full cooked breakfast items, fruits, yogurt, pastries, quiche, also taking into account individual needs such as gluten options. There was a choice of juices, grapefruit being my fave, and a wide array of help yourself teas and select coffees in the fab fresh automatic coffee grinder machine. Out of the four nights we only went to Robertos bar once but it was music night and it was fab! Even had a little dance and met some lovely people. The location of hotel is just enough away to feel like a retreat but still close enough to walk to centre of Saint-Helier. You wont be disappointed if you choose Hotel Savoy. We miss being there and will def return x
