My family and I love Minsky's. We have several food sensitivities and they're able to work with us so everyone can still enjoy a delicious pizza. Second time at Casa Amigos. I had carnitas and others had enchiladas suiza and the cheese and onion enchiladas with house salsa and chips plus spinach cheese dip. The food was excellent, we also had house micheladas, and a couple of the margarita versions. Drinks were also excellent. Service was exceptional. About a 15 minute wait to get seated by well worth the wait. Recommended. I also noted there were quite a few menu items labeled as gluten free.
