Such delicious food and cakes, everything is gluten free so no need to worry about cross contamination and they also have low sugar options as well as packaged goods.

I ate here several times on a previous trip to Singapore and this restaurant is the reason I booked this hotel for my current trip (Cultivate is located inside of the Maxwell Reserve Marriott Autograph hotel in Chinatown.) The food is delicious, healthy, safe for me as a Celiac who is also allergic to dairy… AND is artfully presented. The menu is broad and will please healthy and non-healthy eaters alike. There is great ambiance- dining inside of an aesthetically pleasing library. The service is warm and friendly. The only con is that the food delivery can be a bit slow at times, but I’ve found if I mention I have a time constraint then they can speed it up. Please note the morning meal is a “regular” breakfast menu (to cater to the hotel guests) but they have GF & V options and are aware of best practices for cross-contamination etc. I’ll definitely be back when I am next in Singapore. Highly recommend!!

Good Italian food, great service, good atmosphere, good gluten-free options. The gluten-free options were not listed on their menu, but the staff have a very good knowledge of gluten free requirements and were even able to do their degustation gluten-free. But standard Singapore price, ~$500 for dinner for 2 and bottle of Italian wine.
