My order was messed up here, and they gave me 2 free sub cards to make up for it that I went back to pick up when I was able. The sub was a gluten free one. When I came back to redeem the free sub cards, they tried to charge me for the gluten free bread - even though it was supposed to be in place of a remake. I had to redeem the cards as bowls without bread, but it’s super unprofessional for me to lose cost value due to their error. They then tried to gaslight me by acting like the manager didn’t remember who I was even though I had cards in hand with that specific location’s address. I tried to email in and never received a reply. I used to be a regular, but this made me stop coming honestly.
