Baaaaad experience tonight. Been here plenty of times and love the place.
Tonight I place a mobile order at 6:45 pm for 3 burgers, 2 fries and a shake. I walked out at 8:10pm.
The shake was for my kids. Asleep when I got home.
2 burgers were cold, because the 3rd burger was left off of the order, which I had to go back for. The fires are a dud now too.
I ordered the American with a gluten free bun (allergy), no onions. It came with a brioche bun, and onions AN HOUR LATE.
Sad to say I’ll never go back. I didn’t ask for a refund because it’s always seemed like a San Clemente owner business and we want to support locals. Tonight felt like ya’ll just didn’t care.
The young man running tables is all time, back and forth so quickly, making sure tables were clear. He worked his butt off tonight, but something is clearly off with your overall operation.

This little gem 😍 the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome I had the avocado toast with balsamic and a over hard egg on gluten free toast yoooooooo it was sooooo good.
