Today my husband & I drove to Newmarket from Markham.....just to buy one bakery item that I have missed since learning I had Celiac's. Do you know how difficult it is to get fresh and DELICIOUS bagels that are gluten-free?! Today was the very first time I was able to get these. Good friends had told us how wonderful the g-f bagels were...and they were soooo right. RIHANNA served me at the bakery counter & gave me helpful tips about prepping them.
