First I had a chocolate chip muffin, came back same day for an oatmeal cookie, came back next day for this incredible Breakfast Bowl. What a gem! I’m plant exclusive and gluten free, and here, I ate like a king. I’m coming back to Toronto this summer, this will be a must stop.

I've been here a few times for brunch and to get their pastries. There is some seating inside but the patio is much larger. I got one of their bagel sandwiches (big new Yorker) with a side and it was pretty average, they didn't give me much salmon. Price was on par with a nicer brunch spot. I've also had their chocolate croissants, it was pretty big and inexpensive, but nothing special. They have gluten free and matzo (kosher) options too Service is ok

This used to be a favourite of ours. Haven’t been for several years. Unfortunately my recent visit was a let down. The atmosphere and service was great as usual, but the food was nothing special. $250 for two. The best laugh was when we asked if there was Gluten Free bread. Our server advised that they had Gluten Free “crisps” that were really good. It was Mary’s crackers from Costco. The fish was so so, the appetizer was very small, the risotto was quite plain..the salad was probably the best part. Don’t know how I can go back again. Sorry Le Select Bistro…you were a favourite for many many years but something has changed.
