Very good restaurant. Everything is homemade. They put local producers to work. Good products, regional and/or organic and not more expensive than in other restaurants. We were able to have a gluten-free version of the burger for our celiac son. Very serious people, having asked us to come at the start of the service to ensure "zero cross contamination". I highly recommend! But you have to book 😉
I have to eat gluten free which limits my options. The staff here were great this evening and fully understood the options and were eager to adapt.
Our gallettes were superb, mine included smoked salmon, goat cheese & creme fraiche and was a great meal in itself. My wife's was also good loaded with ham, pesto, tomatoes & mozzarella.
For dessert, they adapted a sweet crepe option for me with a galette.
Gallettes all made with Black wheat, Ble Noir, Sarrosin which are all Buckwheat and gluten free.
No English menu but staff eager to help. #glutenfree
Very good food, surprising taste discoveries!
But hygiene, very poor! Yorkshire type dogs are allowed in the establishment and even climb on the counter!!! I couldn't believe it...
In the toilets, there is nothing to wipe your hands! except toilet paper for the WC…
And last downside, on the menu it is noted "gluten-free", already they do not offer gluten-free bread, and in the list of the menu we can only find 1 dish which does not contain it, so be it !!!
Splendid setting. A quality meal and attentive and responsive staff. The food was excellent. A little extra for celiac patients who can eat a gluten-free and risk-free dish and dessert (with warm bread).
Excellent pancakes, super fast, a chef who knows his job inside out and who transmits his passion. Highly recommended. And the buckwheat pancakes are gluten-free.
A real find a few steps from the cathedral. We had vegan and gluten free coffee and cakes – very reasonably priced. Super cute staff - 100% recommendation.
Come for brunch, and finalize our bachelorette party weekend
Top staff, who adapted to a friend who was intolerant to gluten and lactose. Very very good and plentiful! You come out feeling satisfied. The price is really surprising for the quality and quantity!
We loved the concept!
Thank you
Great ! I highly recommend
We had a great time, great value for money. There are options for vegetarians and those with gluten intolerance!
The service was fast and very friendly.
And all with a great view of the cathedral
This is the best gluten free pizza we've ever had. The proprietor is very friendly and proud of his excellent gluten free pizza. We strongly recommend eating here if you want gluten free pizza.
Nice tea room well located near the castle. Very good pastries, some being adapted to food intolerances (in my case gluten and dairy free). Good ice cream too 🙂
Delicate and refined cuisine, warm welcome by the owner who knows how to transmit the passion for his country. The decor is very beautiful, the view of Tours station in the evening was the icing on the cake!
We were able to choose between several vegan options, all of which were delicious. The boss also knew how to tell us which dish was gluten-free.
Special mention for the Afghan wine, really worth tasting.
Thank you for this beautiful moment :)
We ate for 4 people, the dishes are suitable for vegan and gluten-free which is great, the restaurant is very beautiful. Everything is very good, the only downside is the prices which we found quite excessive especially for the salads and rice pasta....
We had dinner here and served it in advance because our daughter is lactose and gluten intolerant. Moreover, she hardly eats meat or fish. Then it is useful to inquire in advance. And that has been neatly fulfilled by this restaurant. I had the tuna Tataki and I can recommend it to everyone. Well prepared and presented with delicious additions. Super tasty. They made a vegetable dish for my daughter.
The restaurant is popular, so making a reservation is not an unnecessary luxury. It is located right next to the cathedral in a beautiful spot

Perfect ! We would like to thank Olivier, Betty and their teams for this magnificent wedding cake. Which caused a sensation as much by the form as by the taste. Also for their attentiveness, patience, professionalism and their sympathies.
We had a cake, macaroons, small individual bread balls, as well as gluten-free bread and a large raspberry macaron. Everything was very good. The nougatine was perfect and fine.
Dessert put the perfect finishing touch on this wedding. We recommend with your eyes closed. It is with pleasure and confidence that we will order again for other occasions.
All gallettes are gluten free, which I really appreciated. I must admit I didn't love mine but that was my mistake, as I ordered the 4 cheeses one and I felt as though it was too much. Staff were nice and attentive.
Delighted with this “canteen” where the quality/price ratio is excellent. The dishes always have great taste and the desserts are tempting. I appreciate that there are vegetarian and gluten-free options. I can't wait to try the brunch!!
Staff stated they only had one gluten free dish, which is a bit limited, but I appreciated their confidence in it, and I'm always up for a risotto anyway. When they brought out the plate, I thankfully didn't dig in straight away because within a few minutes they came back apologising, as they added something for decorative purposes that had gluten 😅 (the black thing in the photo). Anyway, they substituted it with a completely new risotto, which I appreciated, and the risotto was actually really lovely!
Restaurant located next to the Chambord castle. Very good dishes! I had a duck parmentier (gluten-free) that was delicious! Very friendly and helpful staff. We went on Easter Sunday without a reservation, we only waited half an hour and they seated us. Medium-high prices (plat + gate between €23 and €25).
We first feast with the eyes and then it’s the turn of the taste buds!!! A very good time spent in this place. The service is great!
I recommend this address!!
What is also very appreciable is that my lactose and gluten intolerant daughter was able to have dinner and enjoy herself! Allergen map provided. Well done !
Unreliable - Travelled 30km to visit this restaurant for lunch on Friday 30 June as my wife is Gluten Free and the menu for her looked great. Really annoyed to find at 13.00 the Restaurant was closed and didn't look as though it had been open for sometime. Website was still showing open - what's going on - are you Open or Closed. Sort it out!!!
Exceptional!!!
Everything is perfect in this establishment, the cuisine of course, but also the location near the Loire castles, the superb contemporary decoration, the friendliness of all the staff, the comfort of the rooms.
In addition, the chef kindly agreed to adapt the entire 7-course menu into a “gluten- and lactose-free” version, as well as the breakfast.
A well-deserved star and excellent value for money.
All parfait!! Sans gluten et sans lait de vache pour moi!! What a problem!! :-)
I found this place through Google maps looking for gluten-free options to eat in Tours. The galettes are gluten-free buckwheat, and also have options without cow's dairy, which is also my problem and in France it is not easy... Everything tasted great to me and I didn't have any problems. Plus, they were very delicious!!
I was told the macaroons were gluten free, which I really appreciated as a coeliac. However, I'm actually not sure about cross contamination (that part slipped my mind), so I'd double check in the future. I was fine after eating it though...and it was delicious!
Fantastic! Food and service were wonderful. The salmon and fried potato appetizer was amazing! We showed up for dinner right when they opened and had no problems without a reservation. They were knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
A bakery with good bread, with very pleasant, attentive salespeople who give good advice. The most.... The gluten-free bread.... Thanks to the whole team.....
A special little restaurant that completely met our expectations and had very friendly service from the waiters
Particular attention has been paid to gluten intolerance.
Unexpected and utterly fabulous authentic Indian food. The charming proprietor Naveen accommodated all our dietary requirements, serving delicious spicy dishes that were gluten free and lactose free. I would go back to Bourges just to eat there.
I finally found the baguette and croissant, really flaky, from my childhood... A treat. They also offer organic and gluten-free breads. A bakery to try!
At 6 on a Saturday evening, it's not easy to find a table at the last minute, and we were lucky to find it here.
We received a very warm welcome, the dishes are fresh, with great taste, balanced and the service is fast, efficient and smiling.
The value for money is really good, the menu satisfies all diets (vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free).
In short, go there with your eyes closed (although still enjoy the pretty plates 😉).
Great find on last night of our holiday. One of our party is coeliac so eating out in France can be tricky but not here! The most delicious gf meal. Duck risotto, burrata salad, charcuterie and truffle pasta were dishes to die for. Worth the trip.
Very good restaurant, warm welcome and very pleasant waitress (Jeanne I think).
I ordered a duck parmentier without mentioning that I was gluten intolerant and it arrived with breadcrumbs...
Very good reaction from the staff who brought me another one.
We ate very well and had a very good evening.
Well done to the whole team and good luck to you.
A real coup ❤️
We came across this restaurant by chance.
On our way home we ran into the restaurant manager, my daughter is gluten intolerant so it's very complicated for an Italian restaurant to adapt and he did!
He adapted the children's menu for my daughter, it's rare, I think it's the first time.
The service is impeccable, the waitress adorable, the setting magnificent.
Thank you very much my daughter loved the restaurant and what she ate.
Thank you because the whole family loved it.
We will come back but no longer by chance!
See you soon
While passing through the Loire, we discovered the little gem that is the restaurant La Signorizza (Contres Cheverny), with pleasant decor and background music reminiscent of beautiful, carefree years. But that is nothing compared to the attentive and warm welcome that Nicolas and his team gave us during our stay. We were going to have dinner there one evening and ultimately, we ate at La Signorizza throughout our stay. And for good reason, 2 members of our table are celiac (gluten intolerant), everything has been put in place to find suitable meals allowing all guests to have an excellent time. Thanks again to the whole team. Don’t hesitate to stop by, you won’t be disappointed. The little Belgians
THANK YOU! We had a delicious time during a gluten-free and vegan compatible vegetarian brunch. Reservation required. A most pleasant setting and a caring team
Very welcoming, accommodating, friendly staff. The prices of the à la carte dishes are more than reasonable given the quality of service. My mother is gluten intolerant and they did everything to make sure she had what she needed (bread, dessert, etc.). I thoroughly recommend
Superb place to eat a burger in Tours: very warm welcome, excellent burgers with local and organic products.
There is something for everyone: gluten-free bread on request, beef, chicken or veggie burgers. I highly recommend for lovers of good burgers 🍔
I will come back with pleasure to discover the chicken ones 😃
A very nice place to stay and so cozy. The staff is always attentive to the customer, but not intrusive. And at dinner, I don't even know where to ask. A pleasure right up to the top taste buds. Here everything is cooked with love and fresh. For my wife, who has a gluten intolerance, it wasn't an issue; everything was prepared appropriately and just as carefully. A heaven on earth.
Called town hall brewery on the facade
Very friendly staff, accommodating for vegetarian options and those with gluten intolerance!
Very cozy interior
Thank you for this meal!
Distinguished restaurant, intriguing because it does not have a license to sell alcohol.
Not a big deal in the end for most.
Good atmosphere, pleasant place, staff more than pleasant and present for you.
Being gluten intolerant, they took my needs into account!
Thank you !
We really enjoyed our lunch at the inn. It's nice inside despite the heat outside. The dishes are excellent. The children's menu is plentiful. A big plus for my daughter who eats gluten-free, she was able to enjoy it. A little minus, the service was too long for our taste. An address to recommend.
