Fabulous completely gluten free cafe. We were visiting for a couple weeks, and I loved this place because I didn't need to worry about feeling ill later. Their food is very tasty, and the price extremely reasonable.
I really liked The Cube Day in Tarragona. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for spending time with friends. The Venezuelan food is authentic and tasty, especially the arepas and nachos, which are a sure hit.
The service was friendly and attentive, but not overwhelming. They also have gluten-free and vegetarian options, which I think is an important detail these days. The value is good, and the portions are generous.
It's a place worth visiting for good food and a pleasant time, without great pretensions but with a good vibe. I will definitely return.
The Cube Fusión, located in the heart of Tarragona, is a Venezuelan spot that stands out for its authenticity and welcoming atmosphere. Its menu offers classics like arepas, tequeños, and pabellón criollo, with vegan and vegetarian options; ask for gluten-free options. The dishes are generous, full of flavor, and reasonably priced (€20-€30 per person). The service is attentive, with recommendations that elevate the experience, and the creative cocktails, with mojitos and original creations, are a great complement. Ideal for a quick lunch or a vibrant dinner. As points for improvement, the arepa de reina pepiada lacked avocado; they could at least add half the sauce to the tequeños. It's worth noting that the arepa is very good, with a crispy exterior and good flavor (although it lacked avocado). The tequeños are good, as are the patacones.
Entering the Cuineta is…. Like entering another environment, with its stone walls decorated with kitchen utensils, with its homemade cakes on display, with the adorable Celia accompanying you to the table, explaining the menu and the “a más a más” (dishes that change day by day from the à la carte menu)
Everything is delicious, careful, made with love.
Super friendly and efficient service.
The price of the menu is totally in line with the experience. Also with menus adapted for celiacs
And the most valued thing by those of us who have dog friends is Pet Friendly, our dog can come with us.
Located in the old town Trgn.
Local and furniture could be improved.
Menu quality/price very good. Generous and quality dishes. Gluten-free options (for example all rice, bravas fried in clean oil...). Also gluten-free beer.
The service depends on the person you get. We have had 2. One was a 10, another could be improved.
We would repeat.
