Staff was willing to clean the griddle, treat my “allergy” (celiac) and invited me to come back because they do a lot of the gluten free community! Such nice staff!

Butterburr's Restaurant in Pocatello is a hidden gem! I recently had a wonderful experience dining there. The restaurant has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. They offer a variety of homestyle comfort food options, and I was particularly impressed by their gluten-free selections. Overall, I highly recommend Butterburr's for a delicious and satisfying meal.
This spot offers a quiet, almost private atmosphere ideal for those seeking a calm dining experience. Friendly, attentive service enhances comfort, while the gluten-free menu options cater thoughtfully to dietary needs, though caution is advised due to potential cross-contamination risks.

Idk why we always seem to dine out during the busiest part of the day, but when we got to this IHOP it was PACKED and the servers we're all going over-time to accommodate. Despite this, we were seated promptly at a clean table by a friendly staff.
Our server Liz was super sweet and friendly (she was being awesome to the table beside us with little kids. Interacting and chatting with them. It was very cute.)
The food was great, as always, but specifically my meal. I've been gluten free for the past 6ish months and that's made dining out for breakfasts really difficult. But IHOP has a gluten FRIENDLY meal! (If you're extremely sensitive I wouldn't recommend, just cuz i don't think they can guarantee no cross contamination)
I had a cinna-stack of gluten free pancakes with hasbrowns and it was all. Soo. Good. I've always loved their signature pancakes so when I heard I could have them w8th gluten free cakes I was ecstatic. My non gf friend got the same thing and our pancakes were the same size and fluffyness. 10/10!!
They do pancakes and belgin waffles gluten free, and if you decide to do an ompet SPECIFY that you want it gf!!!! They typically mix in a little pancakes batter to the egg mixture to make it fluffier but they can accommodate if you don't want that.
Over all, ready recommend!!!
This spot offers a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere with cute decor and a super clean environment, making it inviting for diners with gluten sensitivities. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gluten-free dining experience.

Great place, super clean and cheery. Food is amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the staff was super helpful to make sure I didn't order anything that may cause me any issues.
The sala is so amazing, I ordered a 32oz container to take home as it beats the pants off any store bought garbage. My wife had the steak fajitas and I had the enchiladas and they are both super delicious. The staff is as delightful as the food is.
This bistro offers a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere with a charming outdoor patio and shady deck, perfect for a relaxed gluten-friendly dining experience. The friendly, accommodating staff ensure your dietary needs are met with genuine care in a vibrant, popular setting.

By far the best place to go for lunch in Pocatello! Palate stands out from the usual smaller town fare with menu offerings you would normally only find in big cities. Every time I pass through town I stop for food and they have never failed to impress.
Food comes in good-sized portions and the presentation is always great (while it won't change the flavors, it does show a level of care imo).
For the dietarily challenged: my wife is vegetarian, and I have both dairy and gluten intolerances so eating out can sometimes be a challenge for us, particularly in smaller towns. The kind people at Palate happily catered to whatever we needed. While I would call it gluten-friendly not gluten-free, they do their best in a mixed environment and genuinely seem to care.
Service has been friendly and accommodating every time we've been. We've enjoyed many conversations with the servers there.
The crowd has been primarily college-aged each time we've gone. Rgardless of your age bracket, the food here is fantastic and I highly recommend you check it out whether you're in town or passing through.
Only negative for this place is parking. Plan on parking on the street during busy hours. They have a small lot, it's hard to get in and out of, and it's usually full.
This vibrant donut shop offers a unique atmosphere with its specialty in potato-based donuts, appealing to those with mild gluten sensitivities. The friendly staff and quick service make it a great spot for a quick gluten-free treat, though those with celiac should exercise caution.

Amazing donuts! Their gluten free donuts are even great! Good for a quick donut haul, especially if you’re wanting to try something other than a classic glazed.

No gluten free options. Small servings. Food overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes were so bad my 4 year old wouldn't eat them (and neither would my husband). Definitely not going back.
The space offers a distinctive industrial vibe with wood and metal panels, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The modern self-service kiosks streamline ordering, while the attentive service team is highly accommodating to gluten-free needs, ensuring a comfortable experience for those with celiac disease.

The food was good but the service was better. They were super helpful getting a gluten free option figured out on their new menu for my celiac wife. Food was tasty and fresh.

My parents and I visited for my Mom's birthday. They offer many gluten free options, which, unlike many places, taste good. Our server, Justin, suggested that we try a new gluten free brownie sundae that they are working on. It has a nice, rich chocolate flavor and a good texture. 👍
They provide a great dinning experience.
