They have great options for gluten free (including crepes!), friendly service, good prices, and close to the freeway! Really enjoyed this nice little diner, reminded me of diners when I was a kid.

I ordered for the first time a full-size gluten free key lime pie from Birdie's Pie Shop today, for a friend’s birthday. She let me try a piece of pie for lunch. Wow, was that good, is all I can say, fantastic. I recommend Birdie's Pie Shop to anyone looking for the best pie’s ever.
It was worth the try! I would like to come back here and try more things off their menu. They offer gluten- free options like GF bread for sandwiches/burgers and GF fries. We were told they also have GF cupcakes but unfortunately they were out at the time. The service was really friendly and willing to answer/find answers to any questions we had :)
Las Brasas can make your meal celiac-safe! I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease (think gluten allergy on steroids), and eating out is such a pain. Even a tiny bit of cross contamination does damage. Las Brasas has a button on their register to mark a meal for celiac customers, and then they designate one person to prepare the meal using separate pans and utensils. They walked me through their menu to explain which items I could safely eat, and when I said I wanted a taco combo, they explained that the refried beans would likely be cross contaminated from using the spoon to spread it on tortillas for burritos, but that they could cook up a side of black beans separately instead (which is even yummier in my opinion). The food was delicious as always, and I finally found a place to eat out that won't make me sick! I will be coming back for taco Tuesday as often as possible!
Drinks are pretty goood. I personally LOVE chai ans the chai here was WAY too surepy for me. BUT you NEED to try the lotus with boba :) . I personally like the White peach boba with strawberry popping pearls. AND the boba is gluten free!
India House Authentic Cuisine in Post Falls is a true gem! The food tasted just as amazing as what I had when visiting India. I ordered the chicken biryani, and it was absolutely delicious—gluten- and dairy-free but definitely not flavor-free!
The restaurant itself is spotless and modern, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Our food arrived quickly, and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere—it wasn’t too crowded or noisy, which made for a very enjoyable meal.
I highly recommend India House to anyone looking for authentic Indian food in a welcoming and clean environment. I’ll definitely be back!
Very clean little bakery, fast service, and overall very welcoming. I got a chai tea with coconut milk and it was delicious! I also had an açaí bowl and it was okay, but it tasted more like I was eating a bowl of jam. My suggestion would be that they blend their açaí with ripe bananas and not what else they are using, it was way too sweet. I also hope that they will be the first place to start baking gluten free with all natural sweeteners in the area. I’m so tired of our area having coffee shops with no healthy pastries.
