woooooweeee those were some fantastic gluten free cupcakes!! We have several GF goddesses in our group, and a few who are not. These were enjoyed by every single person, whether they needed to be GF or not! The vanilla cake was tender with no cake aftertaste, and the chocolate frosting was unreal.
