The gluten free / vegan donuts were pretty good. I got a chocolate one and an espresso one. It’s discouraging to see businesses link vegan and gluten free together as we gluten free folks (who didn’t choose this life) do usually get less flavor being linked up to vegan. That said, the donuts were pretty good. The latte, it’s a no. Don’t order your coffee here. I still have a 4-star, because they are a donut shop known for donuts.

Mornings start better with an a quick online order from Island Bagel! Household full of soon to be college students with a big appetite, Island Bagel provided the best breakfast bagels for our crew of 12. The Asiago was the top choice with our gang topped with anything from lox to Sausage, Egg and Cheese. They have a day flavor so check that out because it isn't one on the menu. We had regular and gluten free bagels both were fabulous. The cream cheese was ample atop these cooked to perfection bagels. The staff was quick and super friendly. They had us in and out in no time. They even have a drive thru!

I have gotten Poke bowls and smoothie bowls from here with are good but it’s been a couple years since coming here and the last time I came I got the Malama smash and it was terrible, don’t recommend getting this at all. No flavor and they cut a hard boiled egg and just stick it on there like that’s edible that way instead of slicing it. Kinda seems like it’s something thrown together without taste testing it. On top of that it cost $8.50 for one piece of toast, I got gluten free which ups it I think a dollar but that’s expensive regardless for one piece of toast. At least give customers two pieces for the cost. The coffee was good but not hot at all, I'm pretty sensitive and don’t like anything too hot but even I had to microwave it when I got home. Other food I’ve had has been great but don’t get the malama toast.

Delicious and quick! Mahi mahi taco was a delight with double corn tortilla so-cal style. Burritos were huge and looked delicious. Shrimp salad wonderful and a good gluten-free option without the fried tortilla bowl. Soft and hard corn tortillas are also good gluten-free options. Check with cross-contamination fryer issues. Yum!
