Sprouts is THE location for unique, healthy meals in Gastonia. Many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options for those with special needs. Her salad portions are HUGE and her daily specials are always worth exploring. Our children LOVE going here and when I surprise them with one of Carla's baked treats.
