We left when we were told that there were only 3 gluten-free options on the menu. I don't understand how a restaurant can not accommodate this allergy.

Lots of gluten free options if you get the corn tortillas and the margaritas are always so good!
What a gem! We tried it out and had to go back two days later because we loved it so much. Both times, we were impressed by the food and the friendly service. Definitely worth checking out! My wife loves the corn tortillas since she’s gluten sensitive — they taste homemade. Not sure if they’re truly gluten free, but definitely worth it!
Awesome food and service... Happened upon this place passing through Kyle, TX. Took a chance based on the recent reviews. They were right. I ordered the plate of the week making sure everything was made with corn tortillas. The waiter came back after a few minutes to inform me that I may want to order something else because the sauces used in the enchiladas used flour (gluten allergy). The owner/manager also stopped by our table a few times to check on us and make sure things turned out well.
Their attention to details.. Awesome... Atmosphere...awesome... Chips and salsa... Awesome... Stop by Garcia's... They are awesome!
