My kids LOVE eating here. The employees are all very friendly, and the food is wonderful! One of the employees (Ryan) takes the time to talk with my kids about Pokemon and other games they play. They look forward to seeing him and ask if he's working every time we're there. We are also a family with Celiac disease, which makes it difficult to find restaurants that are safe to eat at. We've never had issues with cross contamination here. We order the bowl (no tortilla) and whatever toppings we want. The guacamole is made in-house, and is the best guac of any restaurant I've been to. This is by far our favorite restaurant. I hope they open another one closer to our home... maybe in Kingwood or Valley Ranch.

Somehow the food here has gone downhill. I have gluten issues so i order the salads. They used to be very good. First they forgot the chicken on my salad and then when i mentioned it they brought out what looked like a big unsliced piece of deli meat that was very flavorless and dry. That on top of lettuce that looked like it just came from a package of bagged iceberg lettuce. The tortilla soup was so spicy i couldnt eat it comfortably...but i was hungry and got very sick later. Im sorry but i eat better than this at home. The food here has changed and im so disappointed.

Wow is all I can say! I am a die hard Tex-Mex fan and was a little hesitant to try this place, but I am SO glad I did! Everything was so delicious and fresh!! Huge portions - we ate leftovers the next day warmed up in the air fryer and it might have been even better on the second day! We got the loaded fries, chicken tacos, LoneStar burrito, and bean and cheese burrito for our kids. Not one single item disappointed! I also have to eat gluten free and I was so happy to eat something so delicious without gluten. Super friendly staff too when carrying out. We will definitely be back!!

We've been coming to this Schlotzsky's location for over 15 years now. My kids love the pizzas, and our gluten-sensitive family member makes an occasional splurge to enjoy an original sandwich. Ordered food here for pick up, because we decided to except for one thing. It’s so sweet and taste like they poured sugar instead of salt. , very disappointed probably not going back , and yes, I know just because it’s keto and gluten-free doesn’t mean it has be bland tasting unseasoned food , and by the way, the keto cheese grits dear Lord, I would shut my business down because I would be embarrassed by that… $64 down the drain should’ve took 20 and went to McDonald’s, if I can do zero stars or negative stars, Lord, how mercy will be wonderful……. I got the almond cranberry cookie (vegan and gluten free) and it was very tasty. The perfect melt in your mouth sweet and tart.
I also got an oat milk steamer, pictured. It is seriously over priced. They charged $4 (plus fees for non cow milk) for this tiny espresso size drink. For the same price at every other coffee shop I’ve gone to, I usually get a 10-12oz drink. So while I might go back for cookies, I won’t get a steamer there again.

They're also very concious of allergy and dietary issues - my kid is GF (gluten free) for medical reasons, and has never had issues finding good food here (loves the nachos especially, despite usually being pretty picky).
