Vi ordered the green burger with glutenfree bun and the green bowl. The bun was amazing and so was everything else. The only minus point was that the salad with the burger was already quite brown so probably 1 - 2 days old. However we still really enjoyed the meals. Also had three little cakes after which were all equally delicious. When in Copenhagen, do not miss the place!

Café Faust has my highest recommendation! The staff were all really nice and helpful! We both had their favorite brunch - mine, however, gluten-free. They all had a handle on what contained gluten in their brunch. I was offered to replace the few foods that contained gluten with gluten-free foods. The gluten-free bread came on its own plate, and I could just say if I wanted more. It wasn't dry at all, as gluten-free bread can often be. It was really good bread. The brunch was delicious, fresh and really tasty. It is certainly not the last time we visit Café Faust when we go to Aarhus. Huge recommendation from here!

We love this place. Today we had Easter brunch and 2 in our party require gluten free food. They were beyond accommodating even going so far as to deliver special made pancakes and meatballs as well as bread so we could eat nearly everything in the buffet just as the others. Not a fan of this place, because of their pork-centric selection and lack of dairy free options. They have a few glutenfree options, so I did manage to get full, but I was freezing to the point of shaking while there. We were all wearing our coats while eating because the door didn't close properly and the staff didn't notice/bother to close it when customers forgot/didn't notice. Several times we went down to close the door, and that shouldn't be the guests job.
