If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly understands paleo dining, Cycle Bistro Dubai is the place to be! I was finding it so difficult to find places that cater to my dietary restrictions. However, this place serves EVERYTHING gluten free, dairy free AND sugar free. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent – fresh, and flavorful. Portions are very generous too.
A special shout-out to Jacky, who made the experience even better with her exceptional service.

If you're into clean eating, sustainability, and beautifully curated organic food, Wild & The Moon is a must-visit in Alserkal Avenue. The entire menu is 100% organic, plant-based, gluten-free, and free from refined sugar – and yet it’s packed with flavor and creativity.
I tried their Moon Bowl and Golden Mylk – both were amazing! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Their cold-pressed juices are also super fresh; “Black Magic” (with activated charcoal) is a favorite.
The vibe is chill and minimal, with earthy tones and plants everywhere – very calming. It fits perfectly within Alserkal's artsy, creative scene.
What I really love is their commitment to sustainability. Everything feels intentional – from ingredients to packaging. If you're into healthy, organic food and drinks that also taste great, this is your spot.
Experience delicious burgers with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and fountain, plus an easy ordering system that elevates your meal.

In the Leva Hotel complex, visitors will find the natural food-based restaurant. Dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients are served there, low carb. The adjacent bakery offers delicious, healthy breads, including gluten-free and keto, as well as something for those with a sweet tooth. The modern restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Sven, the baking professional, turned his back on Germany over 20 years ago. An interesting man with far-sighted views. He runs this restaurant together with a chef, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. We met Annika there with our friends, who gives children's baking courses in German and English in these premises.
Experience a vibrant atmosphere and deliciously crafted dishes, perfect for a delightful outing that keeps you coming back for more.

I don't recommend if you can't eat gluten, the potatoes have gluten, the gf bread is super small, no gf pancakes. For the price it's a very sad plate!! .. Staff is nice tho. Other dish with gluten looks good

Incredible experience and everything was perfection. We went for the business lunch option and had difficulty deciding as the choice was extensive. The flavors were unbelievable.
We also have to commend the staff. Rose and Kevin were exceptional. Very friendly and lovely to chat to. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and was happy to talk us through all the dishes.
Absolutely delighted regarding the gluten free options as my husband has Coeliac disease! Such an amazing find.

I ordered desserts from Soul Sante for a friends birthday. Soul Sante spoiled me with various choices in gluten free and dairy free desserts. I ended up selecting 3 desserts which matched our dietary restrictions and all of them were yummy. My friend was extremely delighted to receive something unique which matched their food habits and was not sinful with unhealthy sugar. Thanks a lot Manisha and Soul Sante for your recommendations and bringing amazing vegan food choices to Dubai.

We went to this restaurant since they have gluten-free options and I was accompanied by a celiac. We really liked the place and the food pleasantly surprised us. It was all delicious. Special mention to the waiter Shankar who served us as he was very attentive to the intolerance and our needs. Fast and efficient service. We will return.
Exceptional atmosphere and delightful dishes, but be prepared for puzzling communication and unexpected paperwork during your visit.

This was our first time at Al Nafoorah restaurant but it will definitely not be our last. Going forward this will be my go to lebanese restaurant. The staff was beyond considerate when they were told about my gluten allergies and made sure that everything served was gluten free. They even made me a special gluten free cake which was not even on the menu. A special thanks to Mr Hashem for his hospitality and his professionalism. Thank you and see you soon !

Wonderful experience for our family with coeliac daughter. The Manager Islam and Dushan who served us were absolutely fantastic. When we mentioned my daughter’s condition and the need to avoid cross contamination, they were so attentive and never made us feel like any request was too much. The food was absolutely delicious as well! I would come back in a heartbeat.
Breathtaking views and a vibrant atmosphere make this spot perfect for a memorable night out, though some may struggle with smoke lingering inside.

We were in Dubai with our small family (2 adults, 2 children) for 14 days in December 2024. If you free yourself from prejudices, you can spend a pleasant time here. The weather is very pleasant at this time, even if the sea was actually a bit cold.
Bateel is a chain known for its dates and bread. In some malls you can also have breakfast there. We visited the Dubai Hills Mall branch twice. The service there is – as is often the case in Dubai – impeccable and absolutely accommodating. We tested our way through various dishes, all of which were delicious. No matter whether it's an almond croissant, acia bowl or avocado toast. There were also various coffee specialties, which were always brought to the table with a small date.
NOTE for people suffering from celiac disease*. Upon request, this restaurant offers various gluten-free dishes (I ate the avocado toast, among others). It will be newly set and you will also receive a small bread basket with three different gluten-free breads. I thought it was great here and really can't find anything negative. Therefore full marks.
*I have silent celiac disease, so please decide individually.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I’ve just been there 20 minutes ago and asked for the salmon fillet, when it came, I cut into it and it was completely RAW throughout the middle!!! No doubt about it, it was not cooked! I called the waiter over and told him and he seemed to think that was ok and could then sense my tone when I said again that it was RAW!! He called another waitress over and she took the dish from me but nobody came back to me! I got up and went over to the window where I could see into the kitchen and the ‘chef’ who had not cooked my salmon looked like a 15 year old apprentice!! Clearly didn’t know what she was doing and the owner is hiring young cheap resource or incompetent family members as a favour! They said they were cooking me another one, however had not asked me if I wanted another one and the first dish had completely put me off, so I just wanted to go. I asked them if they understood how ill that could have made me and they were barely apologetic, like it just didn’t matter to them! All the while, the actual manager was sat at a table nearby and never came over once until I asked for the manager, so she clearly didn’t care what had happened despite hearing me numerous times say the fish was raw! I explained it again to me and the waiter butt in and said ‘the salmon wasn’t cooked very well’ so I actually told him not to downplay the situation because it was completely raw and could have been harmful to me. Only then did he confirm it was raw. He still tried to charge me for the drink I’d had though, after all that!! The manager reluctantly told me it didn’t matter, so I left! They are clearly incompetent and do not know what they’re doing, there is a weird smell inside the restaurant and little flies everywhere, one of which was playing nicely in my Parmesan the waitress had brought me for the bread I’d already told her I couldn’t have because I can’t have gluten!! Shocking quality, chef is clueless and customer service appalling and they could have made me seriously ill! Don’t go there, AVOID!
Vegans be aware, always ask the chef not the staff. A few days ago i went to shiekh zayed branch to get some vegan desserts. I picked a few items that had the “vegan” label on. Then the lady pointed at a gluten free item and told me its also vegan. I asked her over 4 times if she is sure, she confirmed with “yes its vegan”. I later tried it and discovered it contained milk. It was confirmed to me when i went to another branch and the staff said it contains dairy. Now imagine im allergic to dairy, i could have been in the hospital. Im not sure why that lady did that. Is it ignorance? Lack of training by management?carelessness to my dietary standards /restrictions? I just know that what happened is very disrespectful. I enjoy going to this cafe. The one star is a reflection of the incident with that lady.
A place that impresses with its attention to detail and exceptional service, though can get a bit noisy during busy lunch hours.

The food was delicious and attention to detail was excellent - my husband needs gluten free food and we were both impressed with the care taken to ensure there was no cross-contamination.
Very good service.
The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere was that it was our bad luck to arrive for lunch as a large table mostly full of very young children was in full swing! The result was very noisy. We were much more comfortable when they left, just before us!

I used to love this place when I still lived in UAE two years ago. This is my first time to dine at their restaurant in two years and honestly, the taste has changed. It's not bad but it's not as good anymore.
I do appreciate that they took the time to make sure that our orders were gluten-free and vegan. However, they did fail to tell me that they removed the sauce from the Pad Thai and oversalted it in the process. I'm happy they responded quickly to the mistake but it did leave me not as satisfied.
Would I go back? I'd still go back for the vegan ramen but not anytime soon.

My wife has gluten allergy (Celiac Disease, Coeliac Disease), the whole staff were very accommodating and even made some special dishes for her. Jay listened to every little request we had and made sure to tell us the available options. The chef clearly was very knowledgeable and knew what ingredients were safe to use.
All the staff went above and beyond to help us in our short stay. It was very evident that they truly care if you have any allergy. I would especially like to thank the chef and Jay for going out of their way and truly trying to make whatever dish we requested within the special requirements we had. I’d also like to thank Gusti and Aktan for their excellent service.
We tried some gluten-free pizza and it was very delicious, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing & the juices were delicious.
Sorry people, but one of the best coffees in Dubai is from Lime Tree Café.
The environment is so cozy and I mean, for a Cafeteia that has been more than 20 years in Dubai, it feels like the outlet was inaugurated just a couple of years ago.
The Fruits of the desert Cereal is a must if your feeling like light but want something with a lot of flavor, my suggestion is to make it with warm coconut milk so the oats and nuts can absorb it making it easier to eat.
I got the double chocolate gluten free biscotti to have it at home which is delicious too and now that festive seasons are coming they have plenty options for cookies that are attractive to kids!

Me and my friend chose this restaurant for an Iftar dinner on March 29th as when we called them to book they assured me that they were celiac-friendly and could cater for it. I have celiac disease and am also pregnant, so I need to be extremely careful with what I eat.
Before eating any single dish, I double-checked with both the waiter and the manager on duty to confirm that everything was 100% gluten-free. They reassured me that the dishes were safe but when they served me the shrimp with Chinese bread, I was having doubts and asked the manager to re-confirm with the chef if it was gluten-free. He came back and told me it was.
The moment I ate it, I started vomiting for 20 minutes. Later, another waiter told us the bread was actually not gluten-free. The manager then apologized, admitting their mistake.
This wasn’t just a small error—it was a serious risk to my health and my pregnancy. If a restaurant claims to be celiac-friendly, they need to take it seriously. I’m extremely disappointed and hope they improve their awareness and practices.
