If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly understands paleo dining, Cycle Bistro Dubai is the place to be! I was finding it so difficult to find places that cater to my dietary restrictions. However, this place serves EVERYTHING gluten free, dairy free AND sugar free. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent – fresh, and flavorful. Portions are very generous too. A special shout-out to Jacky, who made the experience even better with her exceptional service. Can't recommend it. I ordered a Caesar chicken salad WITHOUT tomatoes, the waitress even repeated it, and the salad came WITH tomatoes. Then they asked if they should make a new one? Never heard of intolerances? Also, no gluten-free bun for the burger, even though they advertise it. Then you get the burger between two lettuce leaves. A complete waste of time and money.

He runs this restaurant together with a chef, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. We met Annika there with our friends, who gives children's baking courses in German and English in these premises.

Incredible experience and everything was perfection. We went for the business lunch option and had difficulty deciding as the choice was extensive. The flavors were unbelievable. We also have to commend the staff. Rose and Kevin were exceptional. Very friendly and lovely to chat to. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and was happy to talk us through all the dishes. Absolutely delighted regarding the gluten free options as my husband has Coeliac disease! Such an amazing find.

I ordered desserts from Soul Sante for a friends birthday. Soul Sante spoiled me with various choices in gluten free and dairy free desserts. I ended up selecting 3 desserts which matched our dietary restrictions and all of them were yummy. Al Nafoorah at Jumeirah Al Qasr truly delivers an unforgettable culinary journey — by far the best and most authentic Lebanese cuisine we’ve had. As vegetarians, we often struggle to find variety, but Al Nafoorah pleasantly surprised us with a generous spread of vegetarian and gluten-free options, each dish prepared just the way it should be — rich in flavor and tradition. The service staff was exceptional — attentive, courteous, and well-informed about food allergies and dietary preferences. They ensured we were comfortable throughout. A small tip: make a reservation at least a day in advance. Don’t arrive too early as seating begins only at your selected time, and if you’re running a bit late, they graciously hold your table for about 15–20 minutes. Without a doubt, this has become my go-to place to host anyone looking to experience top-tier Lebanese cuisine in Dubai

When we mentioned my daughter’s condition and the need to avoid cross contamination, they were so attentive and never made us feel like any request was too much. We were in Dubai with our small family (2 adults, 2 children) for 14 days in December 2024. If you free yourself from prejudices, you can spend a pleasant time here. The weather is very pleasant at this time, even if the sea was actually a bit cold. Bateel is a chain known for its dates and bread. In some malls you can also have breakfast there. We visited the Dubai Hills Mall branch twice. The service there is – as is often the case in Dubai – impeccable and absolutely accommodating. We tested our way through various dishes, all of which were delicious. No matter whether it's an almond croissant, acia bowl or avocado toast. There were also various coffee specialties, which were always brought to the table with a small date. NOTE for people suffering from celiac disease*. Upon request, this restaurant offers various gluten-free dishes (I ate the avocado toast, among others). It will be newly set and you will also receive a small bread basket with three different gluten-free breads. I thought it was great here and really can't find anything negative. Therefore full marks. *I have silent celiac disease, so please decide individually.

My partner fell ill after consuming one of your meals, which was supposed to be GLUTEN FREE, but it WASN'T. I think this is something very serious to consider when you think in a luxury restaurant in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I hope you can manage to prevent this type of issue for the future and stay compliant with the food safety regulations of UAE.

The gluten free options were very limited. They don’t have GF dough so they can’t make anything. The kitchen is also cross contamination - so not celiac friendly. The English breakfast was ok - Aubergine vegetarian dish was 6/10

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I’ve just been there 20 minutes ago and asked for the salmon fillet, when it came, I cut into it and it was completely RAW throughout the middle!!! No doubt about it, it was not cooked! I called the waiter over and told him and he seemed to think that was ok and could then sense my tone when I said again that it was RAW!! He called another waitress over and she took the dish from me but nobody came back to me! I got up and went over to the window where I could see into the kitchen and the ‘chef’ who had not cooked my salmon looked like a 15 year old apprentice!! Clearly didn’t know what she was doing and the owner is hiring young cheap resource or incompetent family members as a favour! They said they were cooking me another one, however had not asked me if I wanted another one and the first dish had completely put me off, so I just wanted to go. I asked them if they understood how ill that could have made me and they were barely apologetic, like it just didn’t matter to them! All the while, the actual manager was sat at a table nearby and never came over once until I asked for the manager, so she clearly didn’t care what had happened despite hearing me numerous times say the fish was raw! I explained it again to me and the waiter butt in and said ‘the salmon wasn’t cooked very well’ so I actually told him not to downplay the situation because it was completely raw and could have been harmful to me. Only then did he confirm it was raw. He still tried to charge me for the drink I’d had though, after all that!! The manager reluctantly told me it didn’t matter, so I left! They are clearly incompetent and do not know what they’re doing, there is a weird smell inside the restaurant and little flies everywhere, one of which was playing nicely in my Parmesan the waitress had brought me for the bread I’d already told her I couldn’t have because I can’t have gluten!! Shocking quality, chef is clueless and customer service appalling and they could have made me seriously ill! Don’t go there, AVOID!

Vegans be aware, always ask the chef not the staff. A few days ago i went to shiekh zayed branch to get some vegan desserts. I picked a few items that had the “vegan” label on. Then the lady pointed at a gluten free item and told me its also vegan. I asked her over 4 times if she is sure, she confirmed with “yes its vegan”. I later tried it and discovered it contained milk. It was confirmed to me when i went to another branch and the staff said it contains dairy. Now imagine im allergic to dairy, i could have been in the hospital. Im not sure why that lady did that. Is it ignorance? Lack of training by management?carelessness to my dietary standards /restrictions? I just know that what happened is very disrespectful. I enjoy going to this cafe. The one star is a reflection of the incident with that lady.

The food was delicious and attention to detail was excellent - my husband needs gluten free food and we were both impressed with the care taken to ensure there was no cross-contamination. Very good service. The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere was that it was our bad luck to arrive for lunch as a large table mostly full of very young children was in full swing! The result was very noisy. We were much more comfortable when they left, just before us!

I used to love this place when I still lived in UAE two years ago. This is my first time to dine at their restaurant in two years and honestly, the taste has changed. It's not bad but it's not as good anymore. I do appreciate that they took the time to make sure that our orders were gluten-free and vegan. However, they did fail to tell me that they removed the sauce from the Pad Thai and oversalted it in the process. I'm happy they responded quickly to the mistake but it did leave me not as satisfied. Would I go back? I'd still go back for the vegan ramen but not anytime soon.

My wife has gluten allergy (Celiac Disease, Coeliac Disease), the whole staff were very accommodating and even made some special dishes for her. Jay listened to every little request we had and made sure to tell us the available options. The chef clearly was very knowledgeable and knew what ingredients were safe to use. All the staff went above and beyond to help us in our short stay. It was very evident that they truly care if you have any allergy. I would especially like to thank the chef and Jay for going out of their way and truly trying to make whatever dish we requested within the special requirements we had. I’d also like to thank Gusti and Aktan for their excellent service. We tried some gluten-free pizza and it was very delicious, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing & the juices were delicious.

Food as usual. Nice gluten free and vegan banana cake. Shocked to see a dog on the seat downstairs. I believe better hygiene is required in a place that serves food. I got my cake as take away. The staff said, when I asked about the dog on the seat - “we are pet friendly”. Interesting ‘development’ in DXB. 🙃
