A modern café with a cool vibe, offering a variety of unique drinks like iced chai and ginger peach tea, but the espresso is a bit on the acidic side.

This place is the cutest!! Indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate parties of 2-6 people. They make out really easy to pick what you want to eat as they have every single dish on display for your viewing pleasure. You order your food at the cashier first & they’ll give you a number to take with you to your seat. Easily identifiable vegan, vegetarian, & gluten free options. Buddha bowl is super yummy with well flavored tofu, fresh avocado, cucumber, & radishes over a bed of quinoa. Drinks are plentiful with iced and warm teas, lattes, & juices. An entire bakery section as well if you’re in a rush and need go grab something to go. Ambiance is simplistic, very much a cafe style environment. Multiple locations as well. This one is super close to the airport.

Leland Tea is a gem in Burlingame CA! The tea is amazing and Will, the owner, even makes me gluten free food upon request. He is very knowledgeable in making healthy sweet treats. My recommendations for tea are: Black Tea: Black Orchid & Breakfast at Tiffany's Green Tea: Billie Holiday & Jasmine Pearl White Tea: Coco Blanc & Garbo's Peachy Blend Herbal Tea: Body & Soul, Chamomile & Mint You can have your tea hot or iced, both very delicious! Leland has wonderful outside seating and bar seating inside. I love coming here for a pot of tea while getting work done. The ambiance can either be as productive as you wish or laid back.

A spot with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings, where the elderly can easily navigate and enjoy a quiet conversation.

Arriving early with an elderly was optimal for ease of drop off, and the person was able to easily navigate to the table, as well as hear conversation at a normal level. The owner, name Okay, was soooooo lovely, welcoming, caring and friendly. He chatted with the elder while the cat was parked. Such respect for the elderly, it was refreshing. The food was so fresh and satisfying. The burrata starter was great and they accommodated gluten free by keeping the focaccia on a separate plate. The brussel sprouts were very lackluster and need a complete reworking. A family member loved their perfect, golden garlic bread. The short ribs were wonderful as were the gnocchi in pesto cream. The capellini with chicken was enjoyed by the elder member and was reported to be perfect. The chicken with that dish was perfectly cooked and was like butter. The salmon with fresh jicama and orange segments was so fresh and delicious. We all look forward to visiting again. Sadly, Burlingame is putting up huge buildings so the lovely open sky feel of the town is dying. Parking is easy despite the ugly look of the construction on the street with an outdoor lot on the back alley and has metered parking. Desserts were very nice. The mousse was done perfectly but was just too too sweet. After such healing, healthy food it would be nice to have a barely sweet dessert. The profiteroles were reported to be delicious with gelato inside by a family member. The servers were darling, smiley, fun and friendly. The place is contemporary and the open, sliding glass windows made inside dining just like outside. Plenty of seats outside as well. The prosecco was adequate and a nice touch with salmon on a warm, sunny Easter afternoon.

This is a must visit restaurant for me any time I'm in the area. Would recommend to everyone. They had gluten free and dairy free options.
