I live out of state and have visited Cascal a few times. The sparkling sangria is a must have on a warm day. Refreshing and crisp! Great place to go with a friend to share a number of plates. There were a number of clearly labelled gluten free options on the menu and the staff was knowledgeable. The only thing that I would change is that the fries are marked as gluten free even though they are fried in the same oil as the rest. I would prefer if they added an asterisk to avoid misunderstanding. The ambience is very nice, great indoor-outdoor space.
