Excellent food and customer service. We booked a room at Greenbriar Inn and didn't know we should've booked a reservation at 315 Cuisine. Totti (apologies if spelled wrong) is the kindest individual, getting us seated nearly immediately and having the utmost proficiency in customer service. Great food, atmosphere, people. First visit here last night, and the food and service was amazing. They were notably very busy as restaurant week was going on, but did an excellent job of managing the chaos. The staff were working their butts off to make sure every person still receives top notch service. I wish I could remember our waiters name, but he was seriously the best waiter I’ve encountered in the CDA/Spokane area, ever. He did an awesome job of acknowledging my girlfriends gluten allergy, walked us through the menu and what some of the popular dishes were, and gave us and idea of the flavor profiles too look for in the dishes we ordered. I had the applewood smoked filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Chicken satay as an appetizer could have been a meal itself, and was delicious. Because everything was so great, we decided to go ahead and order dessert also- key lime crème brûlée for me, and it was very good. This isn’t a cheap restaurant but for the food and service you receive, it’s absolutely worth it.
