As a guy going to breakfast, it’s not the best ~options-wise~ if you want lots of protein and a big breakfast the only options you really have is the quinoa bowl “power bowl” and bacon.

We came here for a birthday dinner celebration. We had a reservation and our table was ready right away. The host and the servers were great. The food was at best, mediocre. There was very little seasoning or flavor in any of the 5 dishes we ordered. The seafood dishes were overcooked, leaving us to wonder if they were warmed up in a microwave. It was very good to see so many gluten free options. The brownies in the birthday dessert got very good reviews.
