I have been quite harsh on the service, We have previously had better experiences, but today the service was awful. I could tell the server was uninterested, my wife who is more easy going on these things, turned around to me and βsaid sheβs not interested in helping usβ, I knew we were not in for a good time. The food was served reasonably quickly and was fine, warm at best rather than hot. But as we all know, atmosphere and service are important. The restaurant was quite empty yet we were put at the back and at what I would say was the worst table in the restaurant by the kitchen and right by stack of chairs. The waitress Didnβt smile at all and was completely unattentive. They only sell simple filter, coffee which is a surprise. Very limited gluten-free options, and an almost distained attitude towards GF from the server. The young lady on the till was not a lot better. I would go again but hope to see a smiling and engaging server.

Every time we have gone the food is amazing along with the service. With my wife having celiacs it makes eating out a little bit of a challenge. The manager Sam has made sure to stop by our table each time to make sure her food has come out right every time. To say the least Scratch has an amazing team and leadership. Lucky to have this restaurant in our hometown. Have to give our server Landon a shout out he was amazing ππΌ

Came here tonight for dinner with family and it was perfect! The drunken noodles were incredible and so was the crispy duck. The chef personally came out to make sure a gluten allergy was properly considered which was very much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back many more times!
