I typically like Aubrey’s due to the gluten free menu and they take precautions not to cross contaminate. Tonight, apparently the cook didn’t see where the waitress wrote gluten free on the ticket and made the plate normal. They realized it before it came out to me and started making another plate. The waitress informed me and apologized since this meant my food didn’t come out with the rest of my table. I really didn’t mind but they insisted on taking my food off of our bill and kept apologizing. This meant so much to me that they cared about possibly making me sick. Good job!
