Service was excellent. Food presentation was good. I enjoyed what I order but I suggested more food gluten and diary free items on the menu. I was disappointed with the selection very little or ti almost none.

Standard fare one can count on. Too bad they didn't have any gluten-free pancake mix. That's why I came here. But service is good, place is clean, calm, & a good place to get a decent meal.

OPENING DAY! Ice machine was down at the soda machine but the employee eagerly and politely stated upfront they'd get me some from the other machine. Me and my daughter had a wonderful first experience and she says she expects them to be successful because everything was great! 😃 I concur. All of the staff were prompt, courteous, and delightful. Lily and Aurora did a great job of being respectful and professional. The restaurant was very clean and workers were prompt to provide kind and attentive service. The food was delicious. Well cooked and will presented. I'm not a coffee person, but it looks like they have a great selection for those who do like that. Very happy for a great oening day experience and thankful to have another wonderful dining option in Schertz with vegetarian and gluten free options. Wish the Biscuit House great success and look forward to our next visit here soon. 5 Stars! Highly recommend!!!

Love everything we’ve tried here! The fajitas are tender and delicious (chicken is all white meat), the chips are super crunchy, plus yummy tacos, beans, rice, enchiladas. Drive-thru is quick and they package everything up very well. Also, as a person who can’t have gluten, it is sad to never have flour tortillas- and lots of places who do homemade flour tortillas just use pre-packaged bland corn tortillas. So I’m really happy when I get good corn tortillas. People are nice & prices are good
